A welcoming space for listening and emotional development, designed individually for each person. Psychotherapy helps in understanding emotional and behavioral patterns, promoting healthier strategies for coping with the challenges of daily life.
Services are offered both online and in person, in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, providing a safe, ethical, and judgment-free space for teenagers and adults.

Approach
The sessions are conducted based on scientific approaches, integrating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), always respecting the uniqueness of each individual's journey.
Psychotherapy can help with issues related to:
Anxiety and emotional regulation
ADHD and ASD
Stress and emotional overload
Self-esteem and self-knowledge
Interpersonal relationships
Procrastination and organization
Burnout and mental exhaustion
Developing socio-emotional skills



How does therapeutic follow-up work?
The first session is conducted separately, with the goal of understanding the patient's needs and objectives. After this initial stage, follow-up is organized through packages of 12 or 24 sessions, defined on an individual basis.
Prices vary depending on the currency and country of residence of the patient. Payment can be made in cash, with a 10% discount, or by credit card, with the operator's fees passed on to the customer.
To begin the process, you must complete and electronically sign the service agreement. After payment confirmation, appointments will be scheduled through the Psychology and Mind platform.
